I had a great experience with two sale representatives Shellieann and Shellyann. They were both great and went above and beyond. I made two transactions with each of them. And the reason why I made my purchases was because of their great customer service.

The woman that helped me, Shelley, was very helpful and personable. I loved her personality

As soon I as I walked into the store I was greeted by several of the employees. I was acknowledged that I was there and had more than one employee offer to assist me. The employee that did help me was attentive to my needs.

The ladies who helped us were amazing. They were so nice to my 4 year old and had full conversations with her. My 4 year old also has her own little pandora bracelet that we added another charm to because of this amazing visit.

I was satisfied because the women that help me was very kind and lovely and didn’t put pressure on me to buy anything. Also she really understood what I was looking for and brought me amazing options. In addition, they help me get the information to make this survey.
