The sales lady was super friendly and was able to help me with finding what I was looking for. When I was walking out, another item caught my eye ans she was able to help me purchase that one as well swiftly and with tons of help. She made shopping there fun and enjoyable.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was treated respectfully. My needs and likes were put first. I also was informed I could have 12 month difference by purchasing a bit more.

Visiting the store was important to me because I recently loss my Mother. I’d gifted her a Pandora bracelet on Mother’s Day last year. This year her birthday had fallen on Mother’s Day😔 the bracelet is the only physical memories I have of her.

I got my first pandora bracelet for a birthday present and sadly it was a little bit small but lady in the store was pleasant, helped me to change it and helped me to find everything I needed at this point.

With the Corna virus still around and an issue I feel as though the Melbourne Mall store really did an excellent job keeping all of us safe. I was especially blown away by the friendliness, knowledge and cleanliness of the store and employees. Thank you for making me feel safe!
