The store was very clean with hand sanitizer readily available and markers on the floor for travel direction and social distancing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I visited the store to view the new Harry Potter collection but arrived a day early. Cassidy was happy to assist and kindly showed me the collection and assured me she would have my selections available for me the following day. When I returned to make my purchase, she immediately recognized me and went to grab what I had picked out. She was patient and thorough in assisting me as I was choosing a new type of bracelet and clips to go with my new charms. She provided me with confidence that I would be satisfied with my selections.

I’m brand new to the pandora Jewellery so I had a few questions about the charms and how they work. The sales associate was able to answer every question and more of mine! She was extremely helpful and patient (with my not so patient husband)!
