I have shopped Pandora for years. This is the first time that I visited a store that the associate was more than willing to help. Cassidy helped me right away. I explained to her about an issue I had that I had with a bracelet that was resolved with customer service and that I was there to get my charms cleaned. She was so eager to help me. She was very helpful and patient.

The lady was so sweet I thought she own this store. You had small sizes in rings like 4.it fit my granddaughter for her birth stone.

My sales associate Melissa M. was phenomenal. My visit to the store was to look at rings and inquire about a ring I had purchased early in the year for my mother. Melissa took the time to listen and showed compassion to the loss of my mother.

Cassidy greeted me immediately when I entered the store & made me feel welcome. I had a charm to exchange and she made the process smooth, efficient & painless. I enjoyed shopping with her for the perfect Disney charm to complete my second bracelet. She was very knowledgeable & even showed me two new beads that were not displayed yet...adding them to my Christmas list! Cassidy provided excellent customer service from start to finish...she made my day!
