Staff consistently provide quality customer service. Upon picking up a clip for my bracelet, the associate identified that it likely was not as I had anticipated and did not hesitate to ensure I could walk out with exactly what I wanted.

Personnel were friendly and professional. Transaction was quick and efficient. All staff wore masks and social distancing was followed.

As soon as I walked up to the entrance I was greeted & once I arrived at the ring display I was offered assistance immediately. Nautica was very kind & patient with me, I wanted to be sized & look at various rings. No matter how many I looked at she never made me feel rushed which was lovely. She was sanitizing every ring I touched & put no pressure on me to decide even though their was another guest lingering by. I was very pleased with her assistance & knowledge of the jewelry. I will be coming back this upcoming Friday & hope she will be there to assist me again.
