I bought a bracelet and when I got home it came off. Long story short I ended up taking it back to exchange for a brand new one. The manager handled it very well. I was pleased with my whole experience.

It does not matter what time of day I visit, the store is always clean. The employees always smiling and seem glad to see and assist me. It is such a pleasure to shop at this store.

I have been dealing with the Pandora store at Melbourne Square Mall for more than 3 yrs. Melissa is the Manager. She along with her employees Cassidy and Peter are always friendly and willing to show me what I like and take their time in doing so. Melissa even calls to update me on events or promotions that are available.

The two salespeople that helped me were great- very nice and patient and helpful

Janet C did an amazing job helping me start off a charm bracelet for my sister who is a new mom. She helped me find everything I was looking for.
