My daughter asked for a couple of things from Pandora, I do shop online but prefer to shop in store. Well I stopped in and Cassidy approached me from the start she had a big smile and was extremely helpful. I showed her the pictures my daughter sent me and immediately knew the product and pulled it out for me, then I asked about the other and again, opened the next drawer and she oulled it out. Great knowledge of the layout.

Kavada was our store member and she was incredibly helpful and a join to do service with. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the store merchandise and how to help my mother with get a first time bracelet with at first being overwhelmed. Coming back today to hopefully get another piece of jewelry.
