I love Pandaora it is the perfect gift for yourself or others. My daughter and granddaughter and I buy a charm every year for our December birthdays, we are building memories.

The sells representative was very knowledgeable of the Pandora products. Knew what I was looking for with just the name of the item without the item number. Handled my quick change in my decisions on what items I was looking at and for. Love going into this store.

your sales associate, Melissa, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She provided great service and helped me with my selection. I came in just to look for one small gift and left with 4 gifts and $400.00+ later was very happy with my selections.

Nautica welcomed us. She introduced herself. Asked if there was anything special we were looking for. I told her that I didn’t believe the bracelet would fit and she explained the sizes and put a beautiful bracelet on me and helped me pick out charms based on my interests. She also explained why I needed the spacers. She was very helpful and informative and was genuinely interested in my charms. She is a credit to your company.

Melissa M. (Melb Sq Mall, FL) was extremely helpful on our 1st visit (Nov 20) so we waited until she was available to help us yesterday (12/5/20). She and another sales associate (didn't catch her name) were awesome. They made suggestions and brought lots of different charms until I found what I wanted to put on the two pendants & 19"snake chain my husband purchased for me. It was an absolute pleasure and one I'll remember for a long time. Thank you Melissa. You were the highlight of the day!!

Cassidy helped me a great deal. I honestly walked up to the counter and saw something I liked. I did not move from that point. I bought gifts for three people without changing my place at the counter! The shop looked beautiful. I was in a bit of a hurry so did my business and left without doing much looking around. But I will be back. Cassidy is very helpful and knows stock well. I enjoyed my visit.

No tuve que esperara para ser atendida. Aun cuando el ingles no es mi primer idioma y se me dificulta, la empleada fue muy amable y paciente y entendió lo que yo quería. El gerente hablaba español, pero ella nunca dejo de atenderme. Luego el gerente también colaboró para ayudar a finalizar el pedido. El servicio al cliente fue excelente, muy amables, atentos, profesionales.
