I've been in the store before and was very satisfied previously. Luckily, I had the same sales associate this time. She's great! Again, I'm highly satisfied with service and purchases.

There was a few minute wait but was helped very quickly. Store was very clean as they wipe down the whole counter after each customer. I will be back for Christmas shopping within a week, my girlfriend has a charm bracelet that has a lot of room for new charms.

I was given the bracelet as a gift and it was to small. Peter the District Manger was wonderful and gave me an exchange for a bigger one. He was wonderful, very helpful.

I walked into a clean, well-manged store. Everything was in order and a sales representative was ready for me to purchase my lovely charms. I was extremely happy with the selections. Like always I was more than satisfied with the manager Melissa, she always knows how to help me.

As always the service staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and unkept. All the merchandise is open for display very well. Just a good vibe.
