They make it feel like they know me personally. They remember previous purchases and ask how those I bought for liked the pieces.

Emily was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was looking for a gift for my 16 year old niece. I didn’t expect to buy her a Pandora bracelet, but I am so glad I did! Emily helped make my decisions very easy!

Ok so check it out . It’s the simple things like my wife calls me and the teller just goes on auto pilot she lowered her voice to accommodate my needs with mt wife and proceeds with the whole sale and then I’m on my way. Outstanding job
