The sales staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. One of my existing charms was missing a stone and it was replaced at no extra charge. My bracelet and charms cleaned and assembled for me the way I wanted it. Very happy 😁

Brooke was the only associate to jump up and offer to help. She help me exchange a ring that did not fit for two rings that did. If it wasn't for her friendly service I would of just returned the ring and not got another. The older workers can take some tips from brooke and help younger customers like myself without questioning if we are actually going to spend money.

Pandora makes a very nice product. My husband bought me a bracelet for christmas that I needed to exchange for the size. It was easy and the item I needed was in stock. I also purchased a new charm for my daughter.
