This Pandora employee deserves recognition. To find customer service like his with the type of personality he has is very rare. I was very pleased to have him help me. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a worker just trying to push jewelry pieces to make sales.. it felt like someone who genuinely cared about the customer. He took the time to learn about what I like and what I was interested in. He asked what I was looking for and gave me some of his recommendations. He was also very knowledgeable about the jewelry and accessories.

He was extremely helpful with troubleshooting and was super friendly, and I was surprised with just how quickly he was able to help me replace the stone and how flawless he was able to communicate and flow with staff.
