My wife and I visited the Melbourne store a few weeks ago and she point out a couple of necklace pendants she liked. Our daughter called from the Portland OR area (we live in Melbourne FL) for ideas for my wife's birthday 5/27. I mentioned the 2 pendants, and one had MOM. She asked if I could send a picture. So off to Pandora. I explained what I remembered to the saleslady, Lisa [the two on display were not still on display]. She dug through her stock and found the MOM and the other [close enough to what I remembered]. I called Brittany and was okay with the MOM. So I purchased it for her, and the other pendant from me for her birthday. I had bought a rose and silver loops (about the diameter of a quarter last year) but she later told me she didn't have a matching chain/necklace for the rose. Oh yeah, the pendants were rose. So I bought her a 20" rose necklace. Lisa showed me a couple of different styles and how both were adjustable for length.

I told the sales associate that it was our anniversary and she quickly found appropriate charms to show me. When I asked for a spacer, she found a matching one for the charm I picked out. She knew exactly where the charms she wanted to show me were located. She was very knowledgeable and friendly! She even offered to go to the storeroom and get some charms they had just received to show me!!
