I went during the select items 50% off sale. I loved the selection of sale items in addition to my favorite, the Disney collection. I ended up purchasing two charms when I was only looking for just one!

My wife and I are traveling and we try to purchase Pandora charms at our destinations. We were in Destin Florida and stopped to purchase a Destin unique charm. However, the store was out and shipment would arrive the day after we left Destin. Jenny was great and asked if we were going to be by Melbourne. We were. She said once the charms got in she would send one to Melissa in Melbourne Florida. Excellent idea and great solution above and beyond. They worked seamlessly to satisfy our wants. I also purchased a space shuttle charm from Melissa. Thank you all.
