I have a great rapport with the store manager Melissa.

The sales agent was knowledgeable and competent. She made suggestions but was not overly pushy. Very helpful in problem solving and was able to answer my questions.

My sales lady was able to answer all of my questions and tell me how others felt about the merchandise.

This is my favorite Pandora store! This store is always clean and very inviting. Melissa M #188038 is the best, a “working” manager, doesn’t just stand around.

Nautica was great! She ordered the pendant that I wanted online because they were out in the store. Then she helped me pick out an appropriate chain. She was great! Excellent customer service with a great attitude. She was kind & very personable. Loved her!

The Melbourne, Florida is the closest Pandora store to my home but I have shopped in a lot of them around the state of Florida, the Melbourne and Sarasota stores are my favorites.
