They helped me find the perfect charm. They showed me a few options and helped me choose the best one. They were very kind and helpful. They also helped me clean my bracelet.

I was helped immediately. I knew exactly what I wanted but was not sure of the exact names of the charms I wanted but Lisa knew exactly what I wanted through my not so great descriptions LOL.
