I absolutely LOVED the two wonderful women who helped me pick out my charms!! I needed help figuring out which ones to get for the Taylor Swift eras tour and they showed me a ton that I loved and were so nice and helpful!!! They did not rush me at all and I honestly loved talking to them!!! That store is amazing and I love everyone who works there because of how friendly the environment is and how "calming" it is to talk to them. No one yells or tries to push more product onto you like other brands/stores. They were honestly the best people that could've helped me. When I walked in they all smiled and asked if I needed help and to which I said yes and they instantly jumped onto it! They were so nice to joke around with and amazing to be able to get help!! I was also let know of the promotions that are currently happening and they were nice when I asked about it and how I can get the free bracelet which they ended up helping me get!!! They also showed me videos of bracelet ideas I could do and I was so happy seeing their ideas and what they could come up with!!! I love going to that store because of the people working and I always talk about how good they are and how good it is!

NAUTICA NO. 188762 was the associate assisting with the purchases made for two different children. Nautica was very knowledgeable with the items available for the bracelets as well as what type would look or feel better. Nautica also informed about the reasoning for spacers and gave multiple ideas as to what my girls would like on their bracelets. It was an awesome experience for both my girls and me.
