Melissa and Amanda in the Melbourne Sq Mall (Melbourne, FL) were outstanding. They are professional, patient, offered suggestions and were VERY helpful. I felt they were being sincere when I asked for an opinion. We had Melissa as our sales person last year (12/05/20) and had Amanda on the 9/16/21 visit. We made sure Melissa was going to be there for this visit. She is easy-going and amazing to work with. Outstanding personality, light hearted and exceptionally well informed. Both ladies are wonderful representatives for Pandora.

I ordered my GF the wrong size bracelet so we had to return it and get a different one. The sales associate helped us find a new bracelet my GF loved.

Lisa I think it was , was extremely helpful in helping me find the right size bracelet and helpful with letting me see a few trays on what I liked. She also informed me on placement of my charms and helped my experience be to the next level.

Lauren was amazing she walked me throughout the store. very patient and super nalegeble of the product and also a collector of the charms her self. Lauren has an amazing collection wow i dint know of the ankle bracelet chains or rings , very happy with the rices and service most of all.

sales associate was very attentive. we came in close to closing time and never felt rushed.
