I was able to get everything I was interested that I saw while I was in the store. The associate that was working with me and the manager took very good care of me. All of the other associates that I wasn’t even working with were pleasant as well.

Emily was very knowledgeable of her merchandise available. There were two charms I was interested in but unfortunately they were out of stock. She looked and looked. I was overjoyed to find the necklace I was looking for and ended up choosing two other charms with Emily’s help. I always try to shop in the Melbourne, Florida store because all of the associates are friendly and helpful. Lauren is my favorite sales associate but she was helping another customer. Emily did a fine job and I would be glad to have her wait on me again. Lauren seems more experienced and I love her taste in styling Pandora jewelry pieces is all. The store was very busy because it was Mother’s Day weekend , although I was shopping for my birthday. Even though, it was a busy weekend all the ladies did great . They all worked very hard to help their customers in a mannerly order but yet I didn’t feel rushed. Also, the way the store is set up, there seems to be a good flow and one can move throughout the store with ease. I am so thankful that store is a pleasure for me to shop at even though it takes 45 minutes to drive to
