Need to have more sales

Sales person Melissa M. No. 188038 at Melbourne Square Mall, Melbourne Florida was incredibly helpful! I showed her a picture of my bracelet and what type of themes I like and she knew exactly what to suggest. Only wanted one charm, ended up leaving with four! Incredibly friendly and even gave me tips on how to style my bracelet for the best looks. Visiting store again tomorrow, will definitely purchase more if she’s working!

The store is beautiful. I always meet with the same sales Associate (Deborah). She is very kind, knowledgeable, personable, professional, helpful, and patient. I always call ahead to see if she will be working or she will text me to let me know about specials and sales as she did with this purchase of buy two get one free. I went right in as soon as I was back in town.

She was very helpful and sweet. She kept showing me more charms because I couldn’t decide on ones that I liked and she was very patient and didn’t mind helping me.

My salesperson Lisa and manager Melissa are the best. They give me the best welcome when I come to the store.

Each of the associates were friendly but we've had great experience with Melissa, in the Melbourne, FL store. She's light hearted, does not pressure, expresses her honest opinion and is VERY knowledgable.
