I came in to return a ring that I had ordered as an online exclusive I ordered it two weeks ago and it lost a stone I came in to see if I could either exchange it for different merchandise or have it sent back to be replaced I was told I could do neither but I had to contact Pandora directly and send it back I felt as though my sales person was irritated by me asking her to do this

I went in to get my ring replaced because a diamond fell out and I guess since I’m younger and not buying anything they didn’t pay attention to me and the woman with a bunch or rings and brackets on her wrist rushed me out the door every time I tried to speak to ask her a question she said no one second and never asked me any questions other then my ring size and she was not very friendly . I know it was just a ring replacement but to kinda just brush off my questions I had and not let me speak to her about my issue was very sad and made me feel like they don’t care about my purchase . Makes me wish I could return this ring and go somewhere else .

I arrived at the store explained to the young lady regarding clasp on my bracelet right away she said that is an easy fix. She cleaned my bracelet i purchased additional charms.

This is for the store in the Florida mall! The girl rushed us in and out not helpful at all gave me the wrong size ring and would not give me the current sale I end to pandora in Melbourne mall they were wonderful!!! Will never go to the Florida mall store again

An associate had the worst customer service skills I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely rude and gave false information very unfriendly and snappy and even treated one of the newer employees there rude infront of me. Never will return again. This store had the worst service I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

I've never been to a pandora store but someone gave my email address at the store I guess. I get their receipts and their surveys but never a link to "unsubscribe". Maybe now I can be unsubscribed to never return again?

Your sales person told me that she was unable to help me because it was Valentine’s Day and she had no time to clean my jewelry. This is Pandora jewelry which I was going to wear on my Valentines date.
