Pandora quality and detail has declined over the years I have been collecting my charms.

I worked too hard to engage the sales associate. Upon checkout she was sending me in my way without even giving me a bag for my purchase. As a new customer, it would have been nice to learn more about the product I was purchasing.

the sale associate was very helpful and nice, i have a lot of social anxiety and she had alot of patience. She went above and beyond to show me all the charms, i only went to look for a ring and ended up buying a bracelet and three charms

The new pandora me collection does not contain rings larger then a 7 1/2! I would have bought them in a larger size if available, nor could I order a larger size online. This caused you to lose a sale from not only myself, but from my girls who would also have purchased these rings in a larger size. Please take that into consideration when promoting products and offers. How could we take advantage of a savings if you limit the savings just to a select audience. Very disappointed with your selection!

the bracelet that my husband brought was not my size he advised them he wanted the large bracelet the bracelet is tight I have to make another trip to the store not very happy

the girl that was helping us was not attentive at all. didn’t seem enthusiastic but was very pushy. we didn’t get greet when we walk in nor got ask for help. very disappointed, don’t think i am coming back anytime soon.

I was ignored upon walking in. A group of 3 women walked in after me and were treated with "hellos" and "how can I help you" and were assisted before me. All the female associates ignored me. An associate named Peter came out from the back and immediately helped and I got the product I wanted quickly. He was pleasant and attentive. Those other workers could learn something from him. Also, no one was enforcing social distancing, but I guess it's difficult with a small space.

When placing my order online I had 5 items that were noted to be in stock. The main item - chain necklace - was not in stock - chose another that I was not really happy with but at this point had no choice to buy it. I would not have bought the charms if I knew ahead of time that the necklace I wanted was not available -

I came in last week and my boyfriend bought me two charms and a ring for a little over $160. The very next morning I got the email about the free bangle with a purchase of $150 or more. The ring I purchased this time looked too much like an engagement ring so I wanted to exchange it anyways. I went in under the assumption that they’d honor my purchase and give me a bangle cause I had the receipt so I could’ve just returned everything and repurchased it for the free bangle anyways, right? Wrong. She said they wouldn’t honor it so I made my exchange and left.
