I was satisfied with my visit. The store was great, lot of options and great prices. Sales associate was very knowledgeable.

In efforts to get my charm bracelet filled, I came to look for some charms. As I began to peruse the tray, I became flustered because nothing was catching my eye. Well, my husband said, I think that they have more options, but the sales person never offered or mentioned that initially. I always want to be sure that I'm choosing the best charm for a great price. But if the charms are scattered all over the place and you're not informed that there's other options from the beginning, then you end up settling for something that you don't really want, or getting nothing at all. I just wish that there was a more efficient way to know up front what my options are, instead of the trays being scattered all over the store.

I have visited over 25 pandora stores in the US and this location has the least to offer. Even the former Pandora at the MCO Airport was better. Pandoras at the Mall of America and ACY outlets are much more supplied.

I wanted to return a bracelet that was damaged and they said I didn’t buy it there, but when I got home I did find the receipt for it. So I will have to go back.

I wish there was more of a selection. I want more rings and rings sizes. The choices are limited. I want more because I can't shop line given it is final sale.

This visit took care of a defective bracelet & a defective charm as well as a purchase of a safety chain & 2 charm clips. The defective bracelet & charm were purchased only 3 days prior (March 6/20) to this visit. At that time we were not informed of completing a survey to receive $10 off our next purchase, but on this purchase (March 9/20) the survey / discount was explained by Jaqueline.

I was at the store a few days prior and the ring I wanted wasn't available in my size. It would have been nice if the clerk could have called another site or offered assistance in acquiring the ring instead of saying that another shipment will be here in a week.
