I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. My only problem was the sales associate forgot to give me my military discount on my purchase.

It was our first time visiting so I have nothing to compare it too, it was a good experience nothing bad or different about it. Just as expected.

Peter C was great and didn't pressure me at all to buy anything and didn't make feel like I need to rush to decide what I wanted. Thank you.

I came in looking for charms for my wife for both Christmas and her birthday. Upon arriving i was greeted by a sales associate who started to help us. Another woman came over and cut the girl off and took over. Felt very rude. And I felt bad for the associate. I completed my transaction and left, not sure I will return to this location anytime soon.

The staff at the Melbourne location is always welcoming & accommodating with anything I need. They showed me how to make a cute stack which inspired me!

Didn't have what I was looking for wanted gold 50 didn't have it had silver that's not for golden a nniversary. Or even just golden for 5

I was Not Highly satisfied Because I just couldn’t find a bracelet That fit was my wrist Properly

The store didn’t have the 20 year anniversary collection as advertised

This store is to small and with the pandemic going right now is no way u have people 6ft apart. But overall I found what I went to get and bought it. Your staff needs more knowledge on your merchandise. Thank you
