I was for the most part highly satisfied. I didn’t have any issues and my sales associate was really nice and helped me style my new bracelet perfectly!

I was highly satisfied with Pandora because it was a very speedy service. Also, the lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. She also knew a lot about the item that I bought.

I love Pandora, but the manager that it was there yesterday 9/30/2021. She wanst to friendly and when the sales associate ask her if she can apply a birthday discount because it was my birthday she immediately said no. I ask why and she didnt reply just said no and that was all and she kept walking.

I went in the store to for a specific charm, but wanted to look around a bit to see if anything else jumped out at me. It did not seem like they wanted me to. I stated that and I was directed to a counter and just bought the one item. had I been left to look around I may have bought more.

Pandora locations are not offering the same deals on Pandora bangles or jewelry that's found through Jared. That was disappointing. Also the selection of guards for the bracelets are very skimpy and they're priced like they're a charm. It would be nice if cheaper prices were offered for bracelet guards.

The merchandise availability was low in stock, therefore, I selected an item I was not convinced for.

The store was clear and staff very friendly. I was unsure what arrows to follow or where to stand. The selection of bracelets and pendants were moved to allow me to see options. Sales person (Brooke) was great. I am satisfied with my experience, but I don't hand out "highly" lightly.
