What I originally came into the store for was not in stock. I put my email on a waiting list and received an email saying the item was in stock when it really wasn’t.

I really like a certain style of bracelet but they don’t have enough charm selection. The selection has not changed or had anything to be happy.

The rings for the 3 for $99 sale were mixed together so after I made my selection I was informed they were mixed up and two of the ones I picked weren't in the sale.

Availability of items was very low and the associate was unsure of future items coming in or if line was being discontinued. Items pictured on walls of location were in fact "no longer available!" VERY FRUSTRATING!

The bracelet is uncomfortable and the clasp seems like it’s broken. I am allergic to several metals and I asked the associate and he assured me it would be fine. My skin is irritated and the clasp is awful to close and pops open easily. I will Probably be returning this purchase. I am very unhappy with it.
