I do not live in the area. I am visiting from out of town and the chances of me coming back in 90 days in not likely. I don't live in FL

I was satisfied. To say highly is like having an above and beyond experience. Which I did not have. My experience was okay with no issues

I AM satisfied with the sales associate. she took care of my concern and I was out in minutes. I am UNSATISFIED that this is the SECOND time I've had to drive all the way to Melbourne to exchange a ring the stones keep falling out of.. first one lasted about a month, second one lasted only 2 days before I lost several stones. it's a 45 minute drive to a mall I don't like going to.

The associates helped me as soon as I entered the store. The display cases were well arranged. The sales associate Laian was very helpful.

I love the selection of the bracelets and the charms.

The availability of charm options was not as expected.

I requested my previous chain n charms to be cleaned while I browsed. She returned my chain and charms stating they were not legit pandora therefore gently cleaned but they looked the same. In the time they had, doubtful they were cleaned. When I stated I purchased them at a local pandora store she insisted that they were not true pandora. I didn’t appreciate the statement that implied I was mistaken. The customer service rep insistence has me questioning if indeed the other pandora location is misrepresenting their merchandise. Consequently, I now am dubious of any future purchases
