I ordered the charm on line, but got a message the next day that the order could not be filled. I then called the local store to see if they had it. Peter answered the phone immediately and said they had several and was sorry that I had a problem with my on line order. I went to the store shortly after calling and was immediately greeted. Lauren was extremely helpful and even showed me other pieces to select from. She answered all my questions, was polite, articulate and efficient. The store was beautiful and the displays were gorgeous. I particularly like the fact that everything in the showcases was priced, with a great variety of styles, colors and price points. It was a very good experience.

It was a perfect visit due to the store not having two items in stock. Outside of uncontrollable circumstances, I have no complaints.

I think the product is too expensive but what keeps me coming back are the cute products. I had bought one product on sale and it broke and you all disclaimed it was not under warranty

I understand that it was busy but I believe as sales associates customers should be acknowledged at all times. Whatever I got to work with Emily and she was amazing, she represented very well.

I was satisfied with my visit...However, the problem was that I was not prepared for how complicated the purchase would be. Between the sales associate and I, we resolved the situation admirably. The experience was great and next time I visit the shop I'll be more prepared...But it will likely be more than 90 days before the next visit.
