The store was so crowded, not enough staff and no way for the staff to tell who was next. There was a sale going on, and I am not surprised it was so busy. There should be a way to limit the number of customers in the store so the staff that is there can help customers in order of arrival. I was also disappointed that the Mobile Alabama charm as well as the Alabama charm were not available. The clerk said it may be as long as 6 months before they are back in stock.

My bracelet broke didn't have my size sent off for size when I returned to get it back it was to small and they not making them.anymore so I had to pick another bracelet but the sales associate showed me what she wanted to show me and wasn't professional or didn't care I told her my only son who have cancer gave me this bracelet and it meant something to me she forced a bracelet on.me I don't like i..so not satisfied at all and I wont to exchange it and get what i.wont not what she wont me to have she was nice nasty she was rushing me she just wasn't friendly at all and I have receipts where am a.loyal customer I am.very disappointed

One Associate told me I get 10 percent off my purchase and the person that checked me out said no

I looked at a particular bracelet, the sales associate gave me the wrong 1. The correct size was a 21, she have me a 23. The bracelet was way too big, I could literally put four of my fingers between the bracelet and my wrist. I returned to the store, to later find out that the 1 I chose wasn’t in stock. The young lady switched out the original bracelet for a regular standard bracelet. She took down my number and stated that she would call me by Friday once she received the bracelet. Today is Friday, so I returned to the store. She then stated that she haven’t received the bracelet yet. I chose a different bracelet, which wasn’t the 1 I wanted. I chose it because I didn’t wanna loose the original size 23 bracelet or my charms. Which was 11.00 more, I just paid the difference and left.

The associate and manager was laughing and disrespectful as I left the store! I called back and manager was very argumentative

Because I sent my bf in to exchange my bracelet because it was damaged the sales associate didn’t know that the charm was a twist on..which I thought she should know that ,and was telling my bf that it was stuck! so she had to cut the bracelet and somehow cut the charm off ,and now the charm is moving back and forth which before it stayed in place ,also in process she chipped some paint off my charm ..how do I know that ,is because I just bought and it’s red and noticeable

Me and my husband came in , he had purchased me a ring. Not even 24hrs the ring has turned my finger green. When I spend that much for a ring , I expect it to not tarnish , turn my finger green or diamonds to fall out. I have not experienced the diamonds yet but I will not get to that point. I expect to have a nice ring , and that doesn’t tarnish fast or turn my finger green. I also live an hour away !
