The charm that I had my heart set on wasn’t available at the store. There was limited stock because of the pandemic.

The store didn’t have what I initially wanted but I was still able to find something I liked.

The environment was very pleasant, the employees of very helpful and friendly.

Sale associate didn’t make me feel welcome, she was all about securing the product instead of letting me see and look at all what was available and making some suggestions. I want go back i will go somewhere else i know i will enjoy shopping.

I wanted the sisters charm but the store was out of it. The associate should have offered to order it for me

I was able to get in and out quickly. The store had what I was looking for. A manager was on duty for my exchange.

Associates did not greet… They ignored me when I walked into the store in Mobile Alabama… then finally an associate completed with another customer… she helped me purchase my Birthday thumb ring.. She offered me a Pandora credit card with 10% off…I would have LOVED to find many more items to add to my Pandora collection at 10%OFF…ON my Birthday ON Vacation!!! But with the poor experience entering the store.. I didn’t… the girl that helped me was Beautiful and made my purchase complete.. but shame on the other associates… just a smile, a greeting or acknowledgement.. would have made the Pandora more welcoming .

Had to wait for at least 30 minutes before I got into the store. There wasn’t a good selection. Well looks like online has a better selection. I prefer to do an on hand selection at the store

Thru didn’t have the charm i wanted.
