My initial salesperson was not knowledgeable in the product I was returning and made no apologies in her mistake

I was satisfied with my visit. Dorothy was prompt, she greeted me immediately and was very knowledgeable of the products. She was also kid friendly being that I was shopping for my daughter whom is 10 years of age and all over the place.

I was not knowledgeable about merchandise. I felt a little lost until Amelia walked me thru. I'm hoping my grandgirls will like their 1st bracelet and not have to return or exchange anything.

The website for the local store need update their hrs it says they open at 11am on Sunday's. But they don’t open till noon

U didn’t have a enough charms in the 25-35 dollar range and the sales people didn’t offer me all the different options of bracelets they had r charms and the next time I did go and buy another charm the sales girl didn’t offer to take out the charms to look at like the first sales girl I went to the next couple of days I went.
