The associate assumed I was with another customer then later she asked if I was with them and she then took care of me.

The overall experience was fine. The sales associate was helpful. The only issue was that she was not as informed about the next steps of a return that was in process through the customer care center.

The store is small and cramped. A lot of people shop here and you all need a larger store. Also, I spent about $300 and paid in cash. The sale associate did not give me my change and I did not realize this until I had returned to my car.

Sales associate seemed too busy or preoccupied. Not very personable. Sales associate didn’t take the time to put charms on the way I wanted them.

The wait outside of the store was ridiculous but the customer service was great.
