Please start making jewelry and bracelets for kids my daughter really wanted a bracelet but the smallest size they had was a 16

because I spent over one hundred dollars after reading an ad that says I could get a free bracelet.

What’s on line is not in store. I had to sell for something else instead of what I really wanted

To many people in the store. You can't read the engraving on the charms. NOT GOOD AT ALL FOR THE PRICE of the charms the engraving should be perfect.

The store is very small. Too many customers crowding the counter. The space is not conducive to an overall shopping experience. Other than the size of the store which is probably related to over head, my shopping experience was great.

I have no complaints,about my visit. I went to the local store on black Friday,so it was very busy. Did not spent as much time as I would have liked, but overall experience was satisfying.

Somethings did not require a highly satisfied response. The salespersons are always professional and eager to assist. This is my favorite store and I will continue to always shop here.
