Sales associates were in the back when there were several people waiting in the store. Only one person on the floor. Eventually 2 people came from the back room.

I placed the order online. We had to go out of town and they gave me only a couple of days to pick up the order. I tried to call several times for 2 days but no one would answer the phone. They had returned the merchandise and I had to repurchase the items once I was at the store.
