The sales associate Dorothy explained to me about a spacer that goes on the charm to keep them in place that no one had ever explained to me before. I was very satisfied that she was very knowledgeable and had me sold after showing me how it works in the bracelet.

First of all, when walking into stores most associates are not enthusiastic, for whatever reason when you come into the store BUT when Mary H greeted me with sincerity, a very welcoming smile and perfect tone I knew I was gong to be taken care of. She didn't know if I was inquiring or purchasing but that is exactly how any consumer should be greeted. I didn't plan on it but I ended up spending almost $800.00. Customer Service goes a long way, thank you again Mary H!

There were several items unavailable online. I came to this store to see if it was in stock. One of the items was and I purchased it. As far as the other item, I will check back to see if it becomes available. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I appreciate her being kind and knowledgeable.
