I was satisfied simply because I ordered offline and was able to walk inside the store and exchange my bracelet for a bigger size. And everything was amazing from the store to the employees. I’m definitely a satisfied customer.

The Sales Associate was knowledgeable of the products. She went above and beyond to assist me with what I was looking for. Another Associate even walked around to Reed’s Jewelry store to see if they had the item I was searching for. Now that is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

The associate was very helpful and curious. She helped me pick out some merchandise that I really loved.

Andrea she was great and very attentive to my needs she’s the store manager and that’s the spot she needs to be in she made sure I got what I wanted I left out satisfied!!!
