The store manager and sales associate was very friendly and helpful however it was a little busy so a little more help would had been great but overall they held it down and were very polite and very professional as well as apologetic for the wait

The young lady that helped me while shopping was very friendly and helpful, however my only complaint was that she was the only person on the sales floor. There was another young lady sitting in the back office that didn’t bother to even move to come out and help her. So the young lady on the sales floor was left trying to help six of us. I wanted almost 30 minutes before she even got a chance to get to me.

The customer service was excellent. She was very helpful and went above and beyond helping and showing different items.

I was able to shop in a safe distance from others and the store was not crowded.

The sales associate that I spoke with and helped me knew exactly what I was looking for when I showed her the picture. She also carried on a great conversation with me. She has excellent customer service.

Customer service was awesome. They cleaned my bracelets very quickly. My 9 year old daughter wanted a bracelet and I thought she was too young but the sales associate sold me the children's bracelets and she was so excited.
