I walked in someone greeted me as soon as I walked in and my associate was knowledgeable and very sweet

My sales rep was jamie and she was amazing. I love working with her she's great

I visited the store to add a charm to my bracelet. Caden H was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every single thing I asked her. She has awesome customer service skills and made me feel like I was the only person in the store. I wasn’t rushed, she answered all my questions, showed me different charms and talked me into buying a bracelet and charm for my daughter! That surprise for her was a huge success! I will definitely be visiting this location more often and referring it to everyone I know! Thank you Caden!

I am highly satisfied with my pandora experience on yesterday I had a great salesperson that answered all my questions and I left with everything I wanted.

Miya helped me and she was amazing from the moment we entered the store until we left she ensured all our needs and wants were met. She made sure I was satisfied from sizing everything to assisting with the charms o was choosing esp since they have sentimental meaning to each one. Everytime I come in store I definitely want her again.
