This particular store has very friendly workers that greet you immediately upon entering the store. The associates have a very good knowledge of the offered merchandise and show you charms that may enhance what you already own. I have never been disappointed when purchasing from this location.

As always, the customer service was amazing. The store is so bright and inviting. The special going on was a great deal.

It was my first time in the store as I received a bracelet as a gift and needed assistance opening it and wanted to purchase a charm. I asked the protocol for assistance to make sure I was being safe and respecting the safety of others and the associate quickly found someone to assist me. I was warmly greeted and Kay took her time to find out about me to assist in finding the right charm well charms because I ended up purchasing three. She was very patient and made my experience memorable. I was able to get a free bracelet through a promotion where I will give that bracelet to a friend and start her with her first charm because I want her to experience the same pleasantries I had.
