At the Laredo Mall del Norte Location Karen was very rude and i shop very often at pandora never treated this way my daughter tried on her earing after they were not cloaeing correctly decided to exchange for a more expensive pair she made an unessary comment by telling me next time she cant wear them if she plans on exchanging them i told her she just put them on to try them see if they close well and since she dis not feel them secure she decided to exhange she then answers wwll you said she tried to wear them i told her at home she tried them on after i purchased them and it dod not close well after this i asked for a manager and was treated better but her attitude and body language was not what i expected from panfora employee

Employee that was “helping” was rude. they were super uninterested and would answer my questions with attitude. I felt as if i was being judged, and this is not the first time this happens in this location. Attendees are rude overall.

I asked to measure my index and middle figure and the salsas associated was giving me a hard time. She kept asking what size was my ring and I told her If I can just measure it. Then she asked again about my ring so I gave up and said never mind then. I went to another jewelry store to measure then came back to pandora to buy the ring. I got two rings and one was not the correct size. I have to go back to exchange.

When I was charged I was trying to use my afterpay account and I guess they didnt know how to use it that I was charged the whole amount on my debit card bank account very unsatisfied with that

I took my bracelet that i had bought like 2 months ago and it ripped in two pieces and they didn’t have it there to exchange it and then the lady was so mean i told her that if i could just change the color of the bracelet it is the same price as the one i have and she said no and just told me no we cant and whenever you wanna come again call before coming thankyou she was so rude

El articulo que compre tenia precio de 30 dlr y me lo vendieron $59.54. Con tax. Y la señorita digo el precioes de $ 55 no checo si estaba mal el precio no hizo nada solo digo $ son $55 y ya.
