Found out Amazon sells the exact same bracelet for $40 dollars cheaper. 😣

Sales person didn’t have much knowledge to the items. She wasn’t helpful I had to basically do all the asking and giving use my phone to show her exactly what I was looking for. She didn’t know the names of the bracelets or charms.

I have gone to this specific Pandora 2 times and the 1st time I called ahead and called for BS ring she said she had it in my size and color and she put it aside with my name on it! and when I got there she couldn’t find it! She was telling me they only had smaller sizes and could not find the ring I called for! And she was trying to sell me just anything or a similar item and I wanted exactly what I called for then finally the manager found my set aside item and the girl that finished up was very rude! I drove 70 miles and on my birthday for this ring and all of this happened!! 2nd time for mother’s day they didn’t have my size they never have my size and they girl took forever to find it and was also rude when check out and took for ever chit chatting with her co workers while packaging my ring! I think it’s this specific location because I’ve had problems the 2 times I been there! I love pandora I love the jewelry I love the quality I will for sure be trying a different location from now on!! Located in Laredo, TX

compre una pulsera mesh en agosto del 2022, y se daño muy pronto, vine ayer 29 de dic del 2022 a la tienda a que la revisaran y me cambiaron la pulsera por otra, me dijeron que cubria la garantia, pero solo una vez; hoy 30 de dic de 2022 la nueva pulsera que me cambiaron ya esta doblada, pienso que me la deberian de volver a reponer ya que no tiene buena calidad la pulsera

They told me the free bracelet with 150 purchase aren’t available and i said ok i will buy online they said not is not available now also online But i check today and is still available this is very sad

The wait time was long and priority is given to customers with Pandora credit card. The girl assisting the line was not sympathetic at all. She had a very oh well attitude. The Pandora I’m referring to is in Laredo tx inside mall del norte. The actual sales lead who assisted me was very lovely and nice

Store rep kept kindly forcing towards a purchase not wanted. Did not have exactly what we were lookin for. Items were not all available or readily available.
