There was a long waiting time just to enter the store. Some the staff could be friendlier and more attentive its been a couple times when the shopping experience is buttered by an associates help or lack thereof

One of the associates dropped my charm and did not offer to exchange it. When I asked for it to be exchanged she asked me if I wanted a new tissue paper instead. That is why I was not highly satisfied
