Bought a bracelet and it’s difficult to close after being open.

Pass experience not very friendly

I was highly satisfied with my visit. The associate who helped me was very kind and ready to be at my disposal. I bought two charms that day.

The store is pretty small and theres always lots of people. Due to the situation the nation is going through with the pandemic that makes me feel uncomfortable when I see the store that full. It would be great if the store would have more than one location in town it would alleviate the congestion of people.

Packaging of item(s) switched from box to a mini tote and item wrapped with gift wrap was of low standards. Repetition of current sales was annoying.

Missing items that I wanted to purchase. There is no curbside pick up. The environment doesn’t not allow social distancing.

Well I had to buy a bracelet because it broke and I couldn't find the receipt since it was a gift, and it wasn't a year that has past from receiving the gift.

Employee failed to keep everyone 6 feet apart, employee failed to teach me about the item , employe however had acknowledgment of what I was looking for

The charm i wsnted was sold out and the charm that was on promotion where sold out as well
