Not my size!! Really rude customer service for just an exchange l!!!

I was greeted at the entrance, once inside several associates chimed in and offered support. Team members communicated, and shared advise or support. Customers continued to walk in and all associates continued to provide great customer service, every one was greeted and assisted. It appeared like every customer was a VIP, and was eager to purchase something. It was my first time there and the team was very patient, and willing to answer all my questions, and shared advise after listening.
