I love that u can see the jewelry up close and the lighting helps to appreciate the jewelry better. I liked the selection of all the jewelry in the store that I want to buy them all. Just had a minor problem with a sales lady she just sold me the item with not really explaining why I didn't need it. Then I returned cus I was not satisfied and the new salesgirl explained why I didn't need the item for my bracelet. But I think it should be up to the customer to decide if we need it or not.

The young man that helped me was very helpful and answered all my concerns. He was very patient explaining how to better care for my bracelet. I never knew there were things for my bracelet charms to look nicer.

I had no wait time in the line, plus the associate Was very helpful and polite.

Sale associate Bonny was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made my purchase easier by giving options. Her friendliness really made an impact on my purchase!
