Elsa was very helpful and she helped me decide on a birthday gift with the perfect bracelet and charm and explained the gift receipt if she needed my friend to exchange the size or charm

I went in not knowing what to get my girlfriend and the associate there guided me and help me choose her birthday present because i went in blind not knowing the product.

Sylvia from Pandora of Laredo located inside of Mall Del Norte was very helpful, same with the rest of the employees who worked today when i went to purchase things (July 12 2021) being my first visit Sylvia guided me through smoothly and explained everything to me really well, I appreciate her help and her time she took with me. I will be back there soon because of the nice experience i had and because Pandora has pretty jewelry.
