Hi had placed an online order and recived a notice that I only had 3 days to pick up, I was out of the city returning on day 4, I called the Pandora Store and also chatted on the Pandora Site and nobody could help me keep my order one more day and recomennded to place a new order. I recieved a mail on day 3 with an expansion of 2 days to pick up my orden. I believe this is knowledge that every employee should know and could have mentioned instead of stressing me out suggesting to place a new order.
