I wanted to place an order online and puckup in store bur it wasn't letting me. So I called the store and asked if they could check if they had the charm I wanted, they did so they put in on hold for me, an hour later I went to the store to pay and pick it up.

Priscilla was excellent, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Channel attended me when I went back for pick up she was Ok, but I would have preferred Priscilla instead. Give Priscilla a raise! You don’t find customer service like that in Laredo. Keep up the great work!
