Laredo TX Pandora store lacks customer service, but I was very surprised and glad that that the lady who attended us yesterday Saribelle L. She was extremely patient and very very friendly!!! Keep up the good customer service as we walked out if their extremely pleased with the service provided by her!!!

Associate was very helpful with my purchase. Had to go back and get an exchange due to sizing but that went smoothly as well. Thank you pandora.

I went to exchange an item that was purchased because it was damaged. The employee were nice and knowledgeable of the item we were interested in and quickly did the exchange.
