Very satisfied with customer care, yet promo for free bracelet was not available at the time of my purchase due to out of stock.

The sales associate was extremely friendly. She had the patience, since I wasn’t sure if getting the bracelet or the necklace, however she had the patience to show me both. I was so thankful.
